“Marathon Door & Glass replaced a broken spring that needed to be replaced on my garage door. They also replaced the castors on the garage door.

It was really terrific. The owner came out and he couldn’t have been nicer. He gave me a cost estimate right on the spot on what I needed to have done, and I agreed with him. I told him what I wanted to do and he had somebody out to the house within 48 hours to do the job. They were very quick. What I really was impressed with is the fact that, anytime I had anybody come out to the house, they cleaned up any kind of mess that they had on the floor after they were done. They cleaned everything up and it really was a very nice job. I would definitely use them again. I think that their customer service level was very high. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, within the timeframe he said they were going to do it. It was exactly right on estimate. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and the guy who came out and did the work was also professional and a very nice person. I would use them again and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs to have any garage door work or anything done. I had got a couple of quotes and I would say they were right on with everybody else. I think it was very good value for the dollar. The garage door works great. It actually works better now than when it was installed. They did an excellent job.”
